Students selecting Santiago as their study abroad destination will complete their coursework at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado (UAH) or the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (UAI).

The UAH is a Jesuit university focusing on social sciences and the humanities, with the goal of understanding the complex economic, political and cultural problems within Chile and Latin America as a whole. Located in a historic area of Santiago, students will enjoy studying in a beautiful environment alongside local Chilean students.

UAI is a private university that was founded in Viña del Mar in 1988, with a campus in Santiago. Building upon the academic tradition started by the Escuela de Negocios de Valparaíso in 1953, it enrolls approximately 9,000 undergraduate and graduate students. UAI offers degrees in business, the liberal arts and humanities, engineering, law and the social sciences. The university offers courses designed for international students in both Spanish and English, as well as options to directly enroll in courses with local Chilean students.
