2011 Summer Photo Contest Winners

The API Summer 2011 Photo Contest winners have been chosen! After much difficult deliberation, the API staff selected the following winners and honorable mention from among a pool of very talented photographers.

1) First Place ($100 cash prize)

API London Excursions – A Student View

API 2011 photo contest winners announced!

After receiving over 650 entries, API is proud to announce the winners of our spring 2011 photo contest! The grand prize winner will receive an iPad2, while the first, second, and third prize winners will all receive a cash prize for their efforts. Over 25 honorable mention winners were also recognized (the students’ names and the programs they attended are listed below).

Grand Prize Winner – Meghan MacDonald “The End of the World As I Knew It”

Meghan studied with API in Buenos Aires at the Universidad de Belgrano, and was an API Peer Mentor at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Lauren studied with API at the University of Granada in southern Spain as a student at Texas A&M University.
